"We love Fiddlesticks. Good beers, and an authentic Irish atmosphere and
decent wines by the glass. Its a mad-house on the weekend but that's par
for the course and great if you're in the mood for it. Extremely
friendly bar staff, excellent food and fun music make it the place we
like to start and/or end an evening out. These guys know how to run a NY
Irish bar (and believe me I've been to more than a few). Check out the
ladies behind the bar as well!"
"Fiddlesticks is great for singing loud and drinking lots. The vodka
flows freely on Friday and Saturday nights. The place gets packed. There
is little room for walking, but there always seems to be room for
dancing and singing to every song played. Get there around10:30p.m. to
find a spot and you'll be happy until closing time!
Good pub grub and Irish fare. Fun for groups (they have nice large
tables) -- the wait staff is very patient with big tables.
Great meeting place before dinner before a night of Village barhopping.
Outdoor seating for warm weather months.
Tons of room -- just try going to the ladies room and you will see how
many nooks & crannies it has!"

Comments - Absolutely one of the best bars in the world! A great West
Village Irish bar - loads of fun. Highly recommend. - J.M.B.
Large multi-room old pub. Some very interesting old decor. Reasonable
prices, friendly and efficient Irish bartenders. For a twist, (very
modern) bathrooms are upstairs. - T.K.
Probably the best kept secret in Manhattan, this bar is more hang out
and have fun than a meat market, but the guys are really hot! Staff are
very funny and entertaining and there always seems to be celebrities in
the place. - P.B.
One of the few places in the area to catch the live action of Liverpool
Premiere League Football. Stop in during any match and you'll feel like
you've been teleported across the pond. Food is also good for the price
you pay. - J.K.

Fiddlesticks
Fiddlesticks has numerous nooks where you can grab a table and read a
book without being interrupted — except when one of the great-looking
bartenders pulls you a pint. Happy Hour lasts until 8 p.m. on Monday
through Friday, and $3 will get you any drink you desire (expect
martinis and shots).

Bustling Irish Pub

Fiddlesticks is pretty great for people-watching and bumping into. The
pub pretty large with a decent amount of space. However, it gets packed
on the weekends with a mostly collegiate, recently post-collegiate crowd
looking for some beers and fun. Overall, a great place to be if you're
looking for some simple fun.
